This facility is starting from today according to Google Blog.In Google Chrome store you can enjoy this facility.This is a free service to all ,called as Google Offline Beta.Google Offline app is based on HTML5.
Process of using this application is first install Google Offline Beta and then use this facility by clicking on Gmail Offline Icon on Chrome’s new tab page.

Google Calender & Google Docs are also same process to use in case of non-availability of internet connection.On Google Calender you can see dates noted as you use online Google calender .With Google Document you can view docs & spreadsheets but editing facility till not available ,will come soon.
